UI interface option Visual Health indicator disables heartbeat sound

    Details: When a player disables the UI option for a 'visual' indicator of low health. This also disables without indication or warning that it also disables the 'audio' low health heartbeat indicator as well without informing the player of such.

    Steps to Reproduce: Open UI options, disable 'visual indicator' in the interface tab and go get beat up to the point of death. Both red screen vignette effect and the audio heartbeat now both will be missing...
