[Fixed] UI is badly broken after opening Inventory

    Title: UI is badly broken after opening Inventory

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? Yes - cannot use your inventory

    Details: I logged into my basement in Northwood, opened my remote bank access device and inventory.. and the windows were acting all weird - I hit ESC to close everything and tried re-opening things, and the UI is leaving remnants all over the screen, and I can't interact with the objects in my bank. Also, when I first spawned into the scene, my health and focus bar was empty -- and then filled in with red and blue after a few seconds.

    Also - scrolling rapidly with the mousewheel will cause the item icons to cycle as expected but the names stop scrolling, eventually

    Steps to Reproduce: Open your inventory and scroll around using the mousewheel - or pick up items in your inventory and then drop them back in.

    confirmed on 1030. somehting weird is going on with version numbers; linux did not get a 1029 but went straight to 1030 from 1028. i opened my inventory when i first loaded in and my posessions showed for a second, but then the window emptied. i closed it and opened again and it did not fully render, no items are in it, opening and closing it repeatedly has sent it down below the screen edge, and the components i can see are in a different place every time.

    opening my paperdoll and closing it moved inventory to about where my paperdoll was, which is slightly less bad, but if i grab it and try to move it, it grabs the deco behind the window (which opens the deco toolbar whisch is also half-rendered and in the wrong place.) not having echondas' problems with the bank and compass, though, they're displaying correctly and correctly moveable/able to move items in

    edit: went through the whole stained glass window and inventory is the only thing broken for me, including that deco toolbar bug: the deco bar shows correctly if the inventory is not open and i'm just moving an already-placed object.

    I logged in to Novia and opened my inventory ok there..so far.. still get the Error spam tho.

    inventory is not working for me on the vale or novia. or brit fields, checked in case it was a pot error.

    Bank and inventory is working fine for me and no errors in the log. So it's not .... Err, correction. Tried to "open" the R78 Subscriber Bundle from my remote bank device and now my UI is borked. Constantly getting this in sota_log.txt

    Title: inventory freezes up than shows nothing well crafting. forces exit.

    Details: When I am crafting at enchanter station i open my inventory well making things and it all shows than randomly it will freeze up loosing the slider bar and if I hit escape it closes than if I open its a blank box with no slider. Only way I can get it to reset is to exit the game. cant drag anything too that empty window. Also if I keep hitting i opening and closing it slowly moves across screen from left to right.
