Unable to access regular version of Hilt Fortress and Obsidian Forge

    Title: Unable to access regular version of Hilt Fortress and Obsidian Forge
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: After completing the quest line to reconstruct the Vermillion Lens, I am unable to access the regular version of the Hilt Fortress--this prevents access to the use the Obsidian Forge
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Complete the quest line to reconstruct the Vermillion Lens
    2. Enter the Hilt Fortress
    3. Notice you'll be placed in the solo quest version of the Hilt Fortress (Novia_R3_Hills02_Hilt_Interior/Quest) instead of the regular version
    4. Travel to end of dungeon to the Obsidian Forge
    5. Attempt to access the Obsidian Forge and notice that you'll only be able to access the Vermillion Lens recipe rather than the regular Obsidian recipes
