Unable to change permissions on books.

    Details:I am unable to modify the permissions on a book like other items in the house. Right click has no effect. In order to change permissions in a bookshelf the items have to be removed manually and placed back on the shelf again.
    Steps to Reproduce:place book, right click book, watch as nothing happens.
