Unable to claim pledge rewards (no, really)

    Tried the bank in Brittany first - clicked the claim reward button, waited, nothing appeared.
    Repeated the process, as soon as I clicked the claim reward button I got the potential network trouble icon.
    Logged out, logged back in. Tried again with the same result.
    Logged out and in.
    Went to Kingsport - same result.
    Logged out and in again in Kingsport, opened the bank window, and got the loading... message but no content.

    My expectation is that this is tied to the wiping events occurring for Live, and since Live and QA share databases, it is actively preventing access to rewards at this time. I'll forward this to the tech team for confirmation. In the meantime, if you observe this occurring once R29 hits Live, please rereport for us to investigate and resolve further.

    I don't know if this is the same problem or not, but I upgraded my pledge fairly early yesterday, plus bought some add ons, and I haven't seen those changes or received the purchases as of a few minutes ago when I checked.

    Okay, well, I went back in and tried again and it worked. Happens to me every time. It waits until I complain to work. Maybe i have bad mojo.

    It left my old deed as well as giving me the new one, so I don't know if that is a bug or not.
