Unable to complete Essence and Ice quest

    Details: I started the quest, then went to South Broken Road and found the Orator. I spoke with the Orator who gave me instructions. I went to complete the quest but when I reached the monolith I was informed that I did not have the Essence. I returned to the Orator, but now he will only say he is busy. I cannot complete the quest since I am missing the needed item.

    The essence keyword should work - the quest item is not given out when you start the quest.

    I also had to go back and ask for another one. I was able to get past the barrier and update the quest.

    I went back and said essence and received the item. It just odd that it didn't give me anything when I spoke to the Orator the first time.
