Unable to complete quest to turn in prayer card to Altruist Monk

4. Details: Already completed quest once, went back to the monk in Brittany Fields with another card, dialog box opens to trade prayer card to monk but neither the give items button nor the cancel button works so quest doesn't complete.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Kills corpions, get a prayer card, go to Brittaney Fields, find monk near docks, open dialog to turn in prayer card... not this quest was completed once previously.

does it work if you take it to a monk in a different town?

 

I think there may be something to the choice you made taking the card. you have to choose a town but the journal then tells you you can give it to a monk in one of the towns....

 

I've tried multiple towns, friends only and multiplayer and same result at every monk. Friend had same result also. Tried multiple times on different days too.
