Unable to craft Tarpon Trophy, even though recipe exists in book. (No recipe found)

All of the ones I have are working fine (just patched recently) October 31, 2018 Build Number 858 11:10am , except for the Tarpon. No Recipe found even though it is there in the book.

Details: Can't create Tarpon Trophy, even though all ingredients are present and recipe is in book. See image above.
Steps to Reproduce: Gather all ingredients needed, place into inventory, then double click on Tarpon Trophy recipe from book. All ingredients will appear on crafting inventory but at bottom, No Recipe Found and Crafting button is greyed out.

Should now be resolved.
