Unable to load mail - just says "Loading..."

    Title: Unable to load mail - just says "Loading..."
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details:
    My mail is unable to load - just says "Loading..." after many minutes of waiting.

    Tried at POT mailbox at my lot, and also at bank mailbox at Brittany Alleys.

    Tried restarting client, tried checking mail at different scenes.

    Mailbox has 86/100 mail items. I tried sending myself a mail, and it went through (# of mail increase from 85 to 86) - but I still can't check the mail.

    Other people say they're not having problems with mail. Perhaps something specific to my mailbox?

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Attempt to check mail
    2) Observe that it says "Loading..."
