[Fixed] Unable to load - stuck at 94% load on world map AND ERG

    1. Title: Unable to load Dubs Wubb - stuck at 94% (equipting avatar) load on world map AND ERG
    2. Reproducible? Yes
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details:Every time I log in I get stuck Equipting avatar at about 50% and it "loads" up to 94% and stops. I have tried loading into ERG and also loading to map and it still freezes. If it is equipting avatar stuff - I have on rare stag helm, rare ring master ring, uncommon ring master ring, rare tamer gloves, rare tamer boots, random crafted chest/legs and belt of tamer,
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Log in, click either resume or load to map - wait for 94% :(
    6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only) 16gb RAM, i5-4570 @3.20, Radeon RX550, Windows 10 (build 2004)

    Not sure if this will help you but we have one acct that must log in to Online Mode before logging in to Offline or it will stick at 94%. Maybe yours will work the other way around. Try logging in to Offline first then go in to Online.
