Unable to place crafting stations on Ornate Water Platform

    1. Title:Unable to place crafting stations on Ornate Water Platform
    2. Reproduction Rate:100%
    3. Blocker?No
    4. Details:When attempting to place any crafting station (Tried Benefactor Expert Alchemy, Carpentry, Milling, etc) on the Ornate Water Platform, it remains red and will not place. Other items can be successfully placed (tried an apple).
    5. Steps to Reproduce:Claim town water lot, place Ornate Water Platform, attempt to place crafting station on the water platform.
