[Fixed] Unable to place hay in NPC Building (Stable)

    Title: Unable to place hay in NPC Building (Stable)

    Details:
    - I *was* able to place the hay pile on the ground floor of the NPC stable building as well as the hay bales (although they were a little "fussy" to place).

    - But I was not able to place the Large Haystack anywhere.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Try to place the large Haystack in the NPC Stable building.
