Unable to Remove Shield Placed on Ruined Stone Arch (Stuck)

    Title: Unable to remove gold Lord British shield placed on ruined stone arch

    Details: I was decorating the famous Evil Eye Tavern located in Rift's End. I placed the gold LB shield onto a ruined stone arch I was decorating, center top, and it settled partially inside the arch. I can not remove it. STUCK! The ruined arch is on the 1st floor on the right upon entering the Evil Eye Tavern.
    Steps to Reproduce: I would never try to do this again. ;)

    @Lexie Saw this in another post. "...try using the property manager to save the lot and re-place it down. There is a chance the item will automatically go to your bank as it is in an errored state."

    I just tried that and the shield is still stuck. I sent in a ticket to Port.
