Title: Blood River outskirts vigilante cannot be attacked near Tower Road
Reproduction Rate: estimated 20% of dozens of runs
Blocker? No, annoying
Details: Vigilante is walking the road and cannot be engaged, sometimes a partner is with him and he can be attacked.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Go to location,
2) Find vigiante wandering the road.
3) Attack
4) He keeps wandering

@Diego Mas I am trying to repro, but alas I cannot....they all recognize me.

 

I found him again continuing up the road toward the vigilante camp, and could not attack (well all dodged) until he hit the end of his appointed rounds. Then he turned around and attacked me.
There is another one on this same kind of loop between the vigilante camp walking down into the canyon. When he turns around from his rounds, then he gets aggressive, and skewered.
I'll post the location next time I'm there.
