[Unable to repro] Outlander welcome Center is Gliching

Title: Outlander Welcome Center is Gliching
Reproduction Rate: Every time I go out and in its a different landscape.
Blocker? yes I can't get to any of the houses that are floating in the air over the water.
Details: the land ends and then there is just water, its different every time so far, and if you walk off of the land you will fall in the water and have to swim to the boat that gets you out of the town.
Steps to Reproduce: Walk out and back in again its a different place every time.

I was not able to repro. Seems to be happening on Nvidia outdated drivers more than anything, but not always. Please check for video drivers updates. If you are up to date a full client relog should fix this for you.

@Lightiger8 I forgot to say to reboot your PC after updating video drivers. Nvidia no longer forces reboots, it seems.
