Details: I still have the warrant for Demig, and the quest to give it to him, even after finishing the quest and receiving the Scepter
Steps to Reproduce: Don't give the warrant to Demig and complete the quest.

I noticed the quest was gone after I went to Demigs Battlecamp and talked to one of the guards.

 

I couldn't repro this one after getting the scepter. This is one of those weird one offs that the new NPC quest check is supposed to catch. Good news.

Err the quest being gone, I mean. I am also seeing the Royal Warrnt to be sticking around. That bug was just written up.
