Unable to Zone in Party Mode

    1. Title: Unable to Zone in Party Mode
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No, able to teleport to friend as a workaround
    4. Details: When party leader teleports click "follow" on pop-up and get error in dialog "You cannot zone right now"
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Listed above
    6. User Specs: Windows 10, R67
