[Fixed] unable too loot mob after kill

Title: Looting mobs
Reproduction Rate: once in a while
Blocker?
Details: killed red lich in fall after long fight unable to loot. highlights corpse but cannot loot.
Steps to Reproduce: kill a mob and roll the dice
User Specs:
OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz (8) System RAM: 16343
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 GPU RAM: 8119
SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.620.Date.06.30.17
Area: The Fall
Area Display Name: The Fall
Loc: (225.6, 138.5, 145.5)

 

Have had this occur for several different types of mobs.

 

AFAIK
after killing enemys the cursor goes blue on their corpse - don't click it to try to loot, because after clicking with a blue cursor the corpse is unlootable (even with green cursor later on!)
only loot after the cursor got green (can take a couple of minutes to do so but then you can loot them)

so the bug here is:
- in R42 you could loot with green cursor and blue cursor,
- in R43 - now - looting with blue cursor renders the corpse unlootable

Have definitely confirmed this to be the case. Sometimes the corpse can become blue for up to 1min I've seen. Also, if you are in a party, it may be blue for you and green for a party member, and they are able to loot. Very strange bug indeed.

seems fine now
