Underneath Ardonis Palace with Foreign Minister Pintar

In attempting to climb the last staircase leading up to the palace I fell through into the area beneath the stairs. In trying to find a way out, I walked through walls into the palace basement to find Pintar, two stationary guards, and two others who fall through the ceiling into the basement then shoot back upstairs. I was able to leave the palace by exiting a stone wall. I ran around to duplicate my efforts and could. Apologies if this has already been noted.
