Underwater basement hatch inaccessible

    Well, my underwater hatch was grandfathered in before the boats came online, so it is on the bottom of the water... Buuuuuut, I can't access it to enter or pick it up or place another hatch so I can get in. So, I am effectively locked out of my own basement unless I tear down the whole lot to pick it up.


    Heeeeeeeelp.
