Are the dark unicorns aaggressive?

 

By the way, why is it Physical Damage? :>

Rainbows are created from a prism of light, so it can be Sun damage, or Moon damage, or a combo (twilight as in auroras appearing at dusk and disappearing after dawn, and rainbows appear after morning dew). :> Or it can lean one way or another based on the type of unicorn.

light does have physical effect too, e.g. solar sails.

 

Yea, but a lot of magic damage effectively is physical, but just interacts with different attunements and resistances.

Just a thought for the devs. Rainbows being physical damage makes them more boring to me

 

Does anyone know what a black unicorn horn can be used for? Seems like a mat for crafting?

 

According to one party member, their Intelligence on the Shroud increased from .1 (before) to .2 (after) killing a Dark Unicorn group. So assuming positive virtue from killing Dark Unicorns.

Other thoughts: Skinned unicorn parts (head, horn, and blood) become active ingredients while working at a Tanning Station. The Mounted Dark/Light Unicorn recipes are the only thing I figured out so far, though.

Another interesting crafting ingredient they might want to consider is unicorn hair, like from the mane or the tail.

I would expect the horn to be usable as ivory for things like hilts (are boar tusks usable that way yet?) and probably would expect some use in alchemy, too.

 

The Unicorn’s are aggressive because you aren’t a Virgin.

A 'dark' unicorn? Demonspawn, surely!

 

Maybe make light unicorn attacks = sun damage, and dark unicorn attack’s = moon magic?

 

IMO make them combos 50/50 sun/moon at least, or you can do things like lean 60/40 one or the other.

Besides being cool lore-wise (see the thread I posted a link to earlier), it would also cut down on people's ability to fully resist them by skill specialization.

 

I wonder if unicorns can be tamed.
