OK, so I want to unlearn strength but keep healthy moving up or at least staying the same.

Yet, you can't apply the down red arrow to a skill that doesn't have a skill learned below it? Or something like that?

Seems pretty strange to me, not sure I fully understand why this is.

You cannot unlearn skills below Level 40, which might explain it. :)

Is there a particular reason you are unlearning the skill ?

At the lower levels, the amount of experience you would get back from reducing a skill is inconsequential at most.

You have to at least leave the prerequisite number there so 20 or 40 whichever level it is

As my pooled XP goes down even fighting orange mobs (earth elementals in necropolis), I'm trying to stay above water I guess. Trying to focus on INT only because people said the "Train Stat" passives were a big drain on pooled XP.

Well, you don't need to unlearn the skill, just turn the training off on it, while you focus on others.

You don't accrue decay for skills under Level 40, so keeping the skill around doesn't cost you anything. :)

generally, your highest used, highest level ability and/or passive skills are the biggest drain on your pooled xp

Thanks for the replies. I've turned it off, but the power gamer in me says it's wasted XP sitting there. :) I'll try to ignore the voices in my head.

Strength = more HP, carry weight and a bunch of other things.

Core stat for any build imho

    Agreed.

I guess I just expected a similar interface to UO where you can just decay any skill into oblivion if you want. Admittedly, in UO you only had a finite amount of skill points to allocate so it was necessary there.
