Unlocked Deck cant be stacked...

    I am having an issue where my unlocked decks will not allow me to click and drag to stack glyphs. When I try to move a glyph is casts the spell. Also when leaving combat the deck acts like I am trying to add a glyph to it but there is nothing stuck to my cursor. I have heard from multiple people in the last 30 minutes experiencing the same thing.
