Some of you already know that there's something evil going on deep in the heart of the Brittany Sewers. Without spoiling too much for those of you who haven't been there, I think it's safe to reveal that there have been a handful of high-level enemies in a central room, and one of them has a key that gives you access to their treasure room. Some of this is changing with Release 35.

Here are the high points of what's new in the Brittany Sewers "boss fight."
    1. The fight is now a wave-based battle instead of a crowd of enemies. Kill all enemies in a wave to start the next one. Defeat all waves to achieve victory. (The number of waves may change in the future.)
    2. Once the fight starts, an open gate before the boss fight will close and not re-open until the players in the boss fight win or die. (This means no more reinforcements allowed after the fight begins.)
    3. The "treasure key" is going away. Now, the treasure room gate will unlock only after every enemy of every wave is defeated. (This means you can't get the treasure key once and then skip past the boss fight in future visits.)

So if you die during the battle, you can't rez at the Ankh and then drop back down to assist your group?

Good reason to have the resurrect spell which thusfar has been pretty pointless for use on players since there's usually an ankh nearby.

I agree with that. But battle rezzing (especially in a smallish room) is not always easy to pull off with mobs attacking the rezzer.

By the way, I'm not complaining, I'm just asking for clarification if that's what @Sannio meant.

Correct. The Ankh in the battle room will resurrect you outside of the battle room, on the far side of a locked door.

You make a good point about the size of the room. I wasn't considering expanding the size of the room as part of this update, but now you've got me thinking.

Done thinking. I'm going to make the room bigger. Thanks for planting the seed in my head. :)

This room is actually one of the most difficult areas in the game, we can solo/2man bosses but that room hurts :3

I generally last about 10 seconds in there. Gives me something to aim for.
