    I've just reinstalled Ultima 9 (thanks GOG), and I've gotten as far as Bucs Den with not a single crash.

    But the toolbelt is driving me crazy. Pressing the numbers 1-0 doesn't use the toolbelt items - it opens the spellbook to that spell's circle. The only way I can use the toolbelt at the moment is to press Q for cursor mode and then click on the spell, and then click on the target.

    I'm pretty certain there used to be a way to spam linear spells by pressing the toolbelt hotkey.

    Does anyone know how to get that happening? I've had look at default.kmp to change the controls, but there isn't an interaction command there that I recognise that talks about the toolbelt. Instead, I see this:

    0 = spellbook_circle_0
    1 = spellbook_circle_1
    2 = spellbook_circle_2
    3 = spellbook_circle_3
    4 = spellbook_circle_4
    5 = spellbook_circle_5
    6 = spellbook_circle_6
    7 = spellbook_circle_7
    8 = spellbook_circle_8
    9 = spellbook_rituals

    Worked this out - it's F1 to F12. For 12 slots, not 10! Silly me.
