Valiant Warden and Chaos Shield shows excessive focus cost when first dragged to combat bar

Details:
The Valiant Warden skill - when dragged into the combat bar, is in cooldown (as expected).

However - the focus cost shows as "356 Focus" - way higher than the actual 4 focus cost.

After the cooldown ends - then it shows the normal focus cost (e.g. 4)

In contrast - all other skills - when dragged to the combat bar, shows the actual focus cost.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Drag the Valiant Warden skill to your combat bar
2) While the Valiant Warden skill is in cooldown - observe excessively high focus cost - e.g. "356 Focus"
3) After Valiant Warden goes off cooldown - observe the normal focus cost - e.g. "4 Focus"
4) Drag the Chaos Shield skill to your combat bar
5) While the Chaos Shield skill is in cooldown - observe excessively high focus cost - e.g. "940 Focus"
6) After Chaos Shield goes off cooldown - observe the normal focus cost - e.g. "10 Focus"
