Vanishing items

So I was moving a large planting bed with grown cotton plants, when it blinked right out. I've checked other sections of my basement looking for it but nothing. I've also checked my inventory and bank just in case it ended up there. Nothing. Any ideas what causes this?

 

I had 14 teleport scrolls vanish and have looked all over for them. The curser was acting strange one day and I never did find out why.

 

I have seen items go to another floor in a building when placing deco, but I have not experienced this in basements. Submitted for review. Thanks for reporting.
