    Today is Feb 20, 2018 it is 7:54pm on the west coast. I was browsing a vendor at a house in OWL's head that is not my house nor my vendor, but when I right click on him I have access to his permission options... I did not change anything but was able to open the menu and select different options........

    @Red Beard, without seeing what you're seeing, this may or may not be a problem. on a lot you don't have permissions on, rightclicking an item should get you a menu with options greyed out, EXCEPT for the permissions options link at the bottom. the dialog that brings up controls YOUR default placement options on every lot you have rights to, but has no bearing on the specific lot you're on. is that what you're seeing?
