Vendor permissions problem

    Details:When you sell items on vendor and take vendor out and sell it to a player, all access are removed BUT the item stick on the vendor, now the other guy place that vendor on his lot, the items are still here, but the owner of items cant get it back, and thats less slot for you to use and sell.
    Steps to Reproduce place a vendor, add item in sell tabs, remove the vendor, trade it to another player and let him place it, now you have 0 access to vendor, and your items are still there.
