[Verified] Items Patterned w/ "Dread Artifact" Patterns Retain Some No-Trade Limitations

    Title: Items Patterned w/ "Dread Artifact" Patterns Retain Some No-Tade Limitations

    Details: Having patterned a Taming Necklace with a Heart of Sorrows pattern I was unable to trade it to another player. I was, however, able to place it in a Trunk and granting "Container Take Contents: Public" permissions allowed it item to be taken. I was also unable to list patterned items on a vendor. (Tried with a Commission Free Vendor, attempting to list a Heart of Sorrows patterned Taming Necklace and a Bonesteel Crown patterned Epic Place Helm)
    Steps to Reproduce: Attempt trade or listing of items with Dread Artifact patterns.

    Verified with all 3. The items don't say no trade (but do say dread artifact). Putting them in the trade window, pops the item back out, with a

    Failed to update the trade.
    Your trade list has been updated.

    PS - the Patterned Heart of Sorrows isn't placeable as deco; the other 2 are.
