[Fixed] Jump double landing

    Details: When landing after a jump or short fall, the animation/screen lands, stops briefly, falls slightly, and lands again. This is especially noticeable in 1st person view and is distracting, but it affects all views.

    Longer falls of roughly 6' or more do not appear to have this issue.

    This does not appear to be specific to any location. It happens in all scenes tested.

    Steps to Reproduce: Switch to 1st person view. Jump and Land.

    verified. a simple jump on flat ground is enough to see it. more a camera angle problem than an animation problem.

    I think it may be an animation issue. If you watch the animation the character lands on one toe initially, hesitates, then drops again to flat feet on the ground. Need to eliminate that hesitation so its a fluid unhalted movement of the character and camera.
