    Title: Vertas Elf spawns in cluster of trees in Blood River Outskirts.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: There is a Vertas elf that spawns on top of a cluster of trees at the location displayed below, and is unable to be attacked or wander out from the trees.
    Steps to Reproduce: Step near the cluster of trees mentioned, and the elf attempts to ambush you (spawns, I suppose), and becomes stuck.
