very low FPS in game

Hello everybody!
help please, the game is very slow even at the minimum setting in low resolution.




my computer:
intel core i5 3.2Ghz
radeon HD7800
12GB RAM

I tried to reinstall several times. Updated drivers. Did not work.

 

I'm not a hardware person by any means but was surprised by your video. I see that your vid card is about 6 years old. How much ram does it have on it?

 

2048 mb

I played before, some time ago, and everything was fine

 

system requirements are here, although at a glance i don't se anything wrong with yours. we're getting our monthly patch in just a couple of hours, actually, and it's using a new version of unity. you may see some performance improvements from that.

It shouldn't be that slow with a Radeon HD 7800 series GPU considering that Radeon HD 7850 is over 2x faster than Radeon HD 6670. (source: http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-HD-7850-vs-Radeon-HD-6670)
You better wait for Release 51.
If the issue continues with Release 51, then post a bug report about it to the R51 Live Bug Forums.

 

Mh. Can't find something wrong either.
You aren't using steam so the overlay can't be the issue.
Do you crossfire maybe? I guess not, just asking to be sure.

FPS is very low in your video because FPS drops down significantly while you are recording video.

 

Hi @Crave! We'd be happy to help here. Can you send us your DXDiag file please and send it to support@portalarium.com. We'll figure out if it's a simple setting to adjust yet, some driver that may be needing updating, or something else. It could also be the video card, though you said you set everything to minimum, so that should help in most situations where the GPU is a weak point.

Ok in that case i have no idea ^^ sorry.

 

everything turned out to be simpler. there was a mining virus on the computer. But the free trial game does not work so I can not test for sure
