While in game at the location this is happening, type /bug in the chat window and paste that information in a post. It automatically copies that information to your clipboard. They need that information.

Also I will assume you have updated your video card driver?

yeah, I am directx 11 compliant. I generally have no problems with performance, but this thing was weird, everything was normal, and then "blink" some of the lightings looked like that.
It also had something to do with distance because I could move two and fro, and some would go back to normal while others changed to that.
It only happened one time, and I restarted the game. It has not happened since then. I often suspect that some games I also play may leave the card in some state that causes it to have problems with other games I play.
I think the only solution is a fresh reboot in between the two.

I'll have to get the in game information and post it here tomorrow.

here it is. People have said that my video card is too old but It's got ddr5, and it rocks, I am starting to think I have a couple games that don't play nice together.
Please note that this is today, and the bug is not happening, it only ever happened one time, this is just my specs.

A GTX 960 is the minimum requirement. The 750 is below that requirement.

I do know personally that you *can* play with a 750, but you are going to run into a lot of trouble and performance problems.

I have zero issue with SOTA with a GTX 750 ti... that is one very tiny step better than the standard GTX 750.

I would imagine there is something going on other than it just being the card (unless the card is not cooling properly). KEEP in mind that you have a CPU/motherboard with a Radeon graphics onboard, so make sure they are not conflicting.
