View change from Reticle to Cursor Select in Combat

    Title: Reticle/Cursor view change while in Combat

    Reproduction Rate: variable

    Blocker? No

    Details: While fighting in Elysium Mines, my player will stop running and I will change into interactive mode(just looking around and taking hits.) This happened when fighting Kobolds and Earth Elementals(possibly other creatures.) At first I just thought that I was stunned by a mob but then I noticed my Cursor Selector was moving all over the place.

    Steps to Reproduce: Not sure if this is an issue others are facing or how to reproduce it. I have only noticed the problem in Elysium Mines so far.
