Vigilante Quest in Blood River Outskirts Uncompletable

    Title: Vigilante Quest in Blood River Outskirts dropped before finishing

    Blocker? Yes for this quest line
    Details: After giving Alberic the 'Vigilant Plans Stage 2' letter, he ask me to go find more evidence in the vigilante camp, but the quest simply vanished without me doing anything. And now none of the NPC's have any advancing dialogue at all. This also seems to be keeping me from completing the 'Truth Over Deceit' quest which I can't seem to clear now either.
    Steps to Reproduce: ??? Don't know what I did to trigger the fail.

    Edit: Really weird. Went back to Dumplemouth and simply typed in random words until the word 'work' triggered a new response. Found this completely by accident after trying for two days to get past this point.

    Speak to Drumplemouth, and type the word help. You have to type that word in manually.

    You can then get the Elf Scalp quest.
