Village basement missing after stored by Property Manager

100% gone after multiple bank loads

I closed up my home using Property Manager when I knew I'd be away from game for a while. I owe a player owned Row home with a basement and a village home with basement. i found the row home and basement 'deeds' in my bank but only the village home deed not the basement paper. I see all the pots and planters from the basements but no way of adding the basement. I'll close the lot again and see if the basement deed item reappears

I was able to add village basement to lot after finding it in Property Manager list but only after i removed the home from the lot first. Then when i reapplied the home it was a blank house, all my deco gone, but all back in the bank; the Home slot in Property Manager cleared so i guess its time to redecorate. I guess the new bug is the wiping of the Property Manager saved templates, any chance that can be restored?
