Viola just discovered the crafting merchant

    Her first online game, first RPG, first crafting experience.

    "That's annoying that you can't craft them (the rugs.) And they're beauuutiful, they're so nice!

    I think this will be the experience for any crafter that comes across this vendor.

    Yes, the ones in the vendor are the ones she's talking about. She's crafted the heck out of the what, four or five you we can do? Then she goes in there and sees that there's like 20 more that are really nice looking and an NPC is selling them.

    With the models already in game, it should be a quick addition to make them craftable (if it's not quick, then the editor tools being used may mean crafting development is in deep trouble.)

    They're coming... The number of items on the decorations merchant reduces virtually every release as more of those items are made craftable.

    This link is to a really great resource, SotA minimap

    With the newest release, it shows all the NPCs on the map so it's super easy to find everything.

    Man, when I started SotA it literally took me all day one day to find an obsidian potion merchant. Google failed me, gave me old information at first. It was really a nightmare.

    I highly recommend the minimap for any new players, and I heard there is a couple really nice features in the works for this too.

    9 rugs, 2 carpets IIRC.

    If we are talking textiles then I would be more inclined to ask for more pennants, tapestries and banners myself.

    That is the plan according to the devs, yes. However that is not the practice since persistence.
    True that we got a lot of new recipes out of Deco Merchants for R32, we did get lots of instruments and stuff in R33, then mostly cooking in R34. But neither 33-34 nor r35 sees a move from deco merchants to recipes. They seem too busy for the time beeing with the new focus areas to have time to do another pass on Deco Merchant items.

    Which is a pity since it should be relatively fast work since the assets already exist.
    Maybe we should start a petition for the xmas release?


    I'd really love to be able to craft the larger bookcase, the barrels and the crates.
