    IS this quest part working. I visited several of the devotionals in my travels on thursday and they chatted this and that but there was nothing in the chat log that showed that i had talked to them. So how do we track them to see if we completed this quest. Also does anyone have an idea how many there are?
    On the other Virtue banners the three for the outskirt areas....how are you to trigger this quest?
    I am sure there has to be some trigger to do such. I guess i will just run around them and do them all.

    Banner of Virtue and Banner of Truth, Love, etc keyword depending on which one.

    11 devotionals, Yeah I wish tasks would be added for that one.

    6 banners in game currently.

    Triggering the banners at the Outskirts scenes
    To get the Outskirts banners you need to finish the main quests in each area. When you complete each quest line, it triggers you receiving the banner.

    If you finished the main quest lines in Solace Bridge Outskirts and Blood River Outskirts prior to R46, you can talk to the main quest guys to get the banner. At this, build 662, you can't get the banner for Blood River Outskirts. But that should be fixed with the next patch, 664 I believe. Depending on what you did inBlood River, sided with the elves or Phineas, you may need to talk to the Phineaa to get the banner. Since it's not in yet, I can't say for sure if Alberic will not fight you when you talk to him just so he can give you the banner. But Phineas is suppposed to give you the banner as well, in this specific case.

    I did BRO before this patch. So not sure if it will or not. I have not completed Solace yet and have yet to get to Highvale. So i guess i will just have to go hit them all and see what happens.
    Still havent figured out how to trigger the devotional quest yet

    Talk to a caretaker and say Banner of Virtue for a clue on how to get it.

    In the upcoming patch and in Blood River Outskirts - If you poisoned the elves' food supply, Phineas will have a banner for you - keyword Banner of Truth or truth banner. If you've given the vigilante manifesto to Alberic, he will still give a banner to you even if you've poisoned the elf food supply. It may seem strange, I know, but it's to keep things simple for people who've already done the main quests. People finishing the main quests going forward will get the banner through normal quest rewards. (no, you can't get a second banner if you go to Phineas and then Alberic) - again, keyword Banner of Truth or truth banner, either will work.

    There's no quest for talking to all the devotional caretakers. The intent was not to force a goal on you, but instead to surprise you with a gift for showing lots of interest in the virtues. That being said, I'll be adding a quest for the devotional caretakers that's very broadly worded to at least give information about the virtues and details on the patron cities to set you on the right path.

    Also, with Solace Bridge Outskirts, once you finish all Kinsey's quests then she'll give you the Banner of Love. You can get it even if you finished it a while ago, and like the other banners you can only get it from her once.

    Got the Love Banner. My problem is now getting the devotional caretakers to give information that is useful. I have gone through all the key words for them but they still are not being helpful

    I went to all the caretakers and talked about the virtue of their devotional and did not receive the banner even after specifically asking about it.
