    1. Title: Virtue Cloth Chest Armour Quest Trigger out of order
    2. Reproduction Rate: N/A
    3. Blocker? No.
    4. Details: You can go inside the mine and find the note that gives orders to the elves to not attack the humans before you even talk to the NPC outside the mine (I didn't even know he existed). It wouldn't be a problem by itself but when I get the note, it triggers the "go talk to the NPC" step and tells me exactly where he is. It shouldn't trigger the quest and shouldn't update until you already have the quest..
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Go to the mine before talking to the NPC.
