I've started training Death magic on one of my characters and now that I'm using Death shield, I find that the visual effects of it affect me. My eyes are getting very tired because of the constant swirls and I'm getting slightly nauseous. Also, the cursor is much less visible amidst the swirls, so it's harder to target things.
I've been asking around if there are video settings I could use to tone down the effects somewhat, but apart from first person view there don't seem to be any, unless you have some ideas of settings I could use. Otherwise I would appreciate it a lot if you could make the visuals of the death shield a bit more eye friendly.

Try turning off camera effects? I don't know that it will do anything, but some stuff goes away. Like the swirling effects from night vision.

Tried that, lost the shadows cast by by objects in the world, but not the death shield swirls.
