Wand of Static Discharge Cannot be Enchanted once above uncommon

    1. You can enchant the uncommon ones, but not anything above that
    2. 100%
    3. N/a
    4. The wands can be enchanted as uncommon; but when you upgrade them to Rare or above, you cannot enchant them. All other Artifacts have been able to be enchanted once upgraded, else it is no use to upgrade them really.
    5. Try to enchant a wand artifact above uncommon (I only tried it with static discharge wands).
    6. No idea; windows 10 pro pc
