    For anyone interested in buying COTO's for the Offline version, I'll save you some time in searching for them all over Novia like I did.

    They are not for sale on Obsidian Crown Merchants... the "Magic Merchants" sell them. These are the NPC's that normally sell you reagents.

    The cost per COTO is 2000 gold each.
