Water plane is visible while walking on land in Battle of Highvale

Details: When walking past Area: Battle of Highvale (novia_r6_hills02_highvalevillage) Loc: (122.5, 35.6, -94.5), the water place becomes visible for a short walking distance. It will disappear if you keep walking SW along the path, but the land and your avatar are blurry. Eventually you will come out the other side and everything appears normal. It seems you only see the plane if you walk from the gate toward the location. Coming from other directions may ot show the water plane.
Steps:
- choose the path of the sword from the oracle
- enter the Battle of Highvale scene
- head down the path and stairs to the location listed above
- as you near Samuel and this location a water place appears (the water plaen isn't visible until you near the area of the location

The same thing happens at Area: Battle of Highvale (novia_r6_hills02_highvalevillage) Loc: (51.7, 34.5, -142.5). In this place you need to be heading W, coming from the gate to the stairs heading to the dying knight.

 

Also noticed this in north ravenswood

 

This issue should be resolved as of the latest patch, if you could verify.
