I'm sorry to say that you are wrong. There was no negativity in that post.

You made an absolute statement. "Roses are red". Those are usually very easily proven wrong. "That rose is yellow".
If you had not made an incorrect statement I wouldn't have seen it necessary to correct you.

For instance you could have stated "Mostly the posts moderated are ones that aren't objective."
Then there wouldn't have been any need to correct that statement.

You misspelled "moderate" in your moderation policy.

 

I've always respected Starr and I dont think he really meant it in a harsh way, in fact I think it probably did it in a more positive manor.

 

I consider Starr to be a man of his word , and his words were direct and clear. I think we all understood it EXACTLY as he meant it.

 

You made your point in the thread that was deleted. People are trying to have a peaceful protest here and I dont appreciate the trolling to make it negative and get deleted again. Can you understand that?

Gentlemen, let us not rise to bait amongst ourselves, as strong disagreements can cause unwanted results.
This is merely a joyous little piece of fun, that the community can all decide one way or another what it means, to them, in their experience.

It's merely a satirical performance, and with all art, people can read in what they wish.

I am sure Darkstarr is just using his own right to satire, as I did, as it is not against the rules. Plus what a better endorsement of chaos than posting a chaotic answer?
Instead let us believe that he was joining in with the spirit of the work as Lord of Chaos, and saying that rather than the typical irrelevant or inflammatory stance, it should instead seen as a satirical artpiece that is relevant and thought provoking, worthy of reflection. How better than to embrace the medium already in use to further the message?
As are we all.

At the end of the day, If he truely thought this a troll, it would have been gone; For trolling is against the community rules, listed as a moderate offense. This we know.


So let us continue the spirit of the work, and enjoy it's performance, and get this poor man above an ABC file so it can be performed at a theater near you.

You cannot chose who's clapping to your performance. Just remember that Darkstarr's comment might have been truly unintentionally offensive to a lot of people. It is just not professional, no matter on what side of the fence you stand.

 

So let me get this straight. You all can take pot shots at the Dev team. The minute they decide to fire back it is bad form? Pot calling the kettle black? It is a shame that we as adults, or most of us, act worse than our children at times. Taking the high road is not such a bad thing people.
