    Reproducible? Yes.

    Blocker?No.

Details:The railing on the Westend staircases has been offset since the update. Note that the one side floating in the air still acts as a barrier, but the other side going up the staircase has no effect on movement so it acts as if its not their. You can also walk unimpeded off that side of the staircase so their is no invisible barrier to movement where the railing should be.

Most but not all staircases are affected by the bug. Roughly 80%. Theirs a lot of staircases.

Steps to Reproduce:Enter the Westend scene and view any of the staircases near the town crier and bank.

User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only)
    Windows 10.

This is still an issue. I've checked with other players passing through Westend and they all see the same issue with the stair railings.

This was my fault. I accidentally updated the railing object while I was noodling with something else. I put in a fix for it a couple of days ago, and that fill will be in with the next release. Sorry about the weird railings!

fyi it's not all the railings, but about 60% of them in Westend

    Thanks Sannio

Yes, that railing has the same source as the one I mistakenly altered. It'll also be corrected when the fix goes live with the next release.
