What does "Can't zone right now" mean?

    Did a forum and Google search on this topic, and haven't found anything.

    We've got a few guild members who are getting this message "Can't zone right now" every time they try to use the "Follow" option to follow the party leader. I've checked that they are out of combat and not overloaded. The message isn't particularly helpful.

    Does anyone know why they'd be getting this message, and unable to follow the party leader?

    same issues here with 2 chars.


    teh message comes by using Teleport to friend, teleport to zone, recall- scrolls

    and every time ...porting tot POTs, porting to Adventure-zones, porting to NPC-Towns

    we cant explain that and are still wondering

    I've gotten a similar message a few times, and always when I was trying to teleport to someone in a different game mode. Ex. I was in Open and they were in Party. Maybe thats the issue?

    Are you encumbered? That will stop you from being able to zone.


    Oops sorry I didn't read the op well and you said you were not encumbered
