    This is a Point of Interest added to the scene for a little flavor marking it as a Ritual Site on top of the hill. Although for the duration of its existence, we've filed bug reports of people confused as to its purpose and presence. An improvement task has been submitted to review ways to make the Point of Interest more engaging and apparent to players: 45661

    It would be cool if the Purify spell could cleanse the ritual site and clear the death cloud for the duration of the instance or until it was restored by whatever means.

    Yes it is so fun to find things that will have some underlying mystery, even though the clues are perhaps vague, and hard to discover is even better ;)

    Would be cool to have some little hints/ tasks/quests around those or similar POI's in any scene.
    Find the source of the curse, kill it, loot some item to dispel the curse or smth. like that.
