What kinds of clothing do you want to see in the game?

Yes, well, I was focusing on clothing that looked good and still reasonably practical. Possibly showing some skin, but without looking like a .. costume/bikini. In the long run, more options should allow more people to wear what they like for various occasions. No more community events where everyone wears the same clothes! (I'm looking at you wedding attire)

 

If we could get a hat similar to the ones below that would be awesome!

 

I dunno guys. While I appreciate the outfits posted so far, none of them really strike me as immersive. Here are some ideas I think are pretty sweet:

 

I'm wondering which games you've found the women for in these clothes. I would have loved to have put some of them in my thread 'The Softer side" for female avatar look. Although we did alrady get our female avatars updated and I like what has been done. The faces on these women are beautiful. Just curious if it is a particular game or random games.

 

Ah, they are all from a rather extensive search of fantasy art. Some I recognize from book covers or from deviant art, a few are concept art from other games, but the range of original sources is quite broad. Thanks for your interest, I'm sorry to disappoint with my answer.

 

I'm partial to clothes that are simple and utilitarian. I like it when my characters look like they mean business and aren't wearing a costume.

 

I want to see crafting related clothing. ( Aprons, bloody butcher clothes etc )

Also Royal clothing.

 

Pretty much everything I see here, I want. With steampunk variations worked in here and there. And also some girly tops to be worn with some tight fitting trousers.

 

Don't they already have a version of this in game?

 

some of the componenets yes. but i havnt seen the helmet nor cod piece

 

the cod piece needs to be heavy armor for the torso so you can use your heavy armor skill whilst looking buff

Ok this is bumped because it is getting time to discuss clothing in Shroud of the Avatar. We do not just want wonderful armors and 'hats', we want day wear, evening wear, party wear, lounge wear, or hmmm am I going too far, well you be the judge. I can take it.
