Whats teh deal with the occasional skipping of pause after rapid fire.

    Most of the time when I hit rapid fire(archery) there is a forced pause that interrupts everything including auto attack for what seems like such a long time I question if I should have even hit the skill in the first place. but sometimes its not there at all. Is that something I have control over in any way? Is it working as intended?

    i do have it locked. I"ll unlock it and see if the same thing happens. its a LONG time when it happens. I suspect I'm losing 2-3 auto-attacks and just standing there with my "bow" in my hand(can heal or do anything else either)

    It's a terrible amount of time in-between. I recently went to a half locked and half unlocked deck and will never go back to a fully locked deck. Now I'm like a machine gun that shoots little needles!

    If the global cooldown is different between locked and unlocked glyphs then that's probably a bug. Please bug report it.

    agreed B, but this thread is meant as a Why is global CD not the same each time I use the skill? Is that some kinda crit chance to avoid it or is it a bug or is it some timing where if I start another skill at just the right time it skips it?

    So near as I can tell its not random.
    1. It doesn't seem to happen at all on AIM, DISABLE, BLIND, PEN or MULTI.
    2. The first used of a locked Rapid Fire results in immediate auto-attacks after use
    3. Each additional use is a slightly longer pause before auto-attacks resume or other skills can be used.
    4. Worst case, you just used it the 6th time, your total lockout is 3 mississippis.
